In September we held our first ever Golf day together with 1st South Ascot Scout Group. With 11 teams in the running, it was tee-rificly successful. The winning team were ‘Angels,’ but individual prizes were also awarded to the ‘longest drive’ and ‘nearest pin.’ It was so popular that it is set to be an annual event, and we’re looking for more teams to compete in 2023 – so keep your eyes peeled for details.
We would really like to thank everyone who contributed prizes and those who attended the day for their generosity. It was greatly appreciated and meant we were able to raise a further £1,500 for our New Hut appeal. So, thank you!
