Big congratulations to Ellen Holden who has gained her Young Leader Award. Getting this award requires a lot of commitment and effort. There is training in leadership, planning activities, dealing with younger children, and safety – all things that we as adult leaders have to think about. This is hugely beneficial for us as a Scout Group and will certainly come in useful for Ellen in later life.
