There are no guarantees in this life, but at 1st Sunningdale Scouts we are offering a close second. The warm glow of improving the lives of young people in our community, whilst having a 1 in 50 chance of a generous cash prize every month, all for the price of a posh coffee.

How does the 300 CLUB Work?
The 300 CLUB is a monthly lottery to raise funds for the new 1st Sunningdale Hut.
- Entry is by a 6, or 12 month, subscription (paid monthly by standing order)
- Monthly Tickets are £5 each: £3 to the new hut fund and £2 into the prize fund
- With all 300 tickets bought (hence the name!) the prize fund every month will be £600
- 1st prize – £250
- 2nd prize – 2 prizes of £100 each
- 3rd prize – 3 prizes of £50 each
A subscription to The 300 Club makes a great present for someone to enjoy and there’s a Gift Certificate with a matching envelope to make your gift extra special. When you sign up, please indicate if you would like a Gift Certificate to be sent to you.

Terms and Conditions
- All players must be 16 or older
- Standing orders must be paid into the 1st Sunningdale account and funds cleared by 5th of every month to participate in that monthly draw
- There will be a numbered ball for every ticket and the draw will take place on the 15th of every month
- The winning numbers will be announced via The 300 CLUB page on www.sunningdalescouts.org.uk (this page) on the 15th of every month and an email sent to the winners.
- Pay outs will be made by the 25th of every month, back into the account from where the subscription originated.
- If there are more or less than 300 tickets participating in any given month the prize pot value will be adjusted accordingly, but the prize pot will always be 40% of the total value of all tickets sold that month. There will always be 6 prizes and the proportional split between the 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes will remain the same as shown above.
- In the month prior to the subscription ending, an email will be sent to the participant offering a renewal or option to end.
- When any tickets for The 300 CLUB become available they will be advertised on The 300 CLUB page on www.sunningdalescouts.org.uk and in 1st Sunningdale’s newsletter, The Green and Gold
